Booking Terms & Conditions Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and cannot be guaranteed. Reservations: A booking is confirmed once you receive your confirmation email with a booking code. Please check that the dates, guest details and price are correct. Payment: Depending on the option you choose at checkout, you may pay online in advance or in cash on arrival. Any balance due on arrival is shown on your confirmation. Cancellation: Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. The cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and dates booked and are shown before you confirm. House rules: The accommodation is reserved for the number of guests stated on the booking. Please treat the property with care, respect quiet hours and let us know of any damage. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets only by prior arrangement. Liability: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
